Meetings are hard enough.
Finding a speaker shouldn’t make them harder.
Ray Starling is no stranger to a podium or microphone. He’s been the Chief of Staff to a United States Senator and Cabinet Secretary, worked at the White House, and been involved in crafting public policy for over fifteen years. Oh the stories he can tell!
Whether sharing a humorous story about growing up on a family farm or an eye-opening leadership experience from the highest levels of policy development, Ray combines a humorous style with a deep sincerity for his audience members’ self-reflection and personal development.
Ray’s presentations generally fall into one of three categories: (1) an update on all things ag policy and thoughts about where we are and where we are going; (2) reflections on a fast career in the so-called sausage factory of policymaking, including humorous but inspiring thoughts and reflections for any audience on leadership, tenacity, and human nature; (3) or a faith-related talk about the struggles of trying to stay grounded in faith while living life to the fullest in the fast lane.
